The celebration of the upcoming 2020, which has already been named as the “Roaring 2020”, helped with the decision to create “The Gatsby with a Twist” Styled Shoot. The splendor, richness, and flamboyance of this theme were created by ourselves and the other talented suppliers with a brief to be as creative as possible. The main colours briefed included purple, gold and black.
The overall theme of this shoot was Gatsby with a Twist, with a need to include bold purples, gold, and black with peacock designs incorporated as well. I decided to create a bold peacock and steampunk design that flowed brightly onto the stationery, bringing the theme to life. The seating plan was made using a mirror frame, complete with rustic antique keys for each name and seating assignment, complimenting the peacock design accents on the stationery.
The feature can be found over at Engage Weddings and I have included some of my favourite images and links to all of the incredible suppliers below!
