Refund policy
This is a digital download available directly after purchase. Due to the nature of a digital product, it can’t be exchanged or returned after purchase. Please read the product descriptions before purchasing or ask as many questions as you require. We do not provide refunds due to a change of mind, cancellation of an event, going with another vendor, or if you're not satisfied with a third-party service (such as your printer).

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your request for a refund, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
